These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 333bb platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("you", "member"). By accessing or using the platform through the 333bb website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

333bb is an entertainment-focused online gaming platform designed for users in Bangladesh. The platform operates safely and transparently — user experience, security, and responsible gaming are our top priorities.

All rules stated in these Terms apply according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and all amounts are calculated in Taka (BDT / ৳).

The following conditions must be met to use the 333bb platform:

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on 333bb, you must provide a valid mobile number and accurate personal information. All information provided at registration is verified for accuracy. 333bb reserves the right to cancel any account created with false or misleading information.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Please note in particular:

• Never share your password with any third party.
• If unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify the 333bb support team immediately.
• 333bb will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.
• Exercise maximum caution when logging in from a public or shared device.

3.3 Account Verification

333bb reserves the right to verify the identity of an account holder at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID may be requested for verification. If verification is not completed within the specified timeframe, account activity may be temporarily suspended.

4.1 Deposits

The currently accepted payment methods on the 333bb platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No transaction facility is provided through any method other than these four Mobile Financial Services (MFS).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (applicable for all methods)
• The account number used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• The withdrawal account must use the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the 333bb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

333bb offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. There are specific conditions for receiving this bonus, which are described below:

• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500
• Example: ৳28,000 deposit → bonus ৳20,000 → total balance ৳48,000 (maximum limit)

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times (20x), calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — you must read the terms provided with the offer.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account cancellation.
• Bonus funds and real money will be displayed separately.
• 333bb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.

The 333bb platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, cricket betting, colour prediction, fortune snake, and more. The following rules apply during gameplay:

• Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. Make sure you understand those rules before starting a game.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Attempting to influence game results through manipulation or the use of any kind of software is prohibited.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, 333bb's decision will be considered final.
• The types of markets available for sports betting may change on a regular basis.

6.1 Fair Play

All games on 333bb are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every result is entirely unbiased and not predetermined. Game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others) follow their own quality control procedures.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333bb platform:

If any of the above prohibited activities are engaged in, 333bb reserves the right to suspend the account, forfeit bonuses and winnings, and take legal action if necessary.

333bb always strives to keep the platform running without interruption and free of errors. However, 333bb will not be held liable in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical problems with the user's device.
• Issues arising from service disruptions by third parties (game providers, payment gateways).
• Service interruptions due to unexpected technical errors or during server maintenance.
• Account information being exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure) — natural disasters, government orders, war, or other unforeseen events.

333bb will never be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses beyond direct damages.

11.1 Suspension Initiated by 333bb

333bb may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Any clause of these Terms is violated.
• Fraud, deception, or money laundering is suspected.
• An account was created using a false identity or false information.
• If multiple accounts are operated.

11.2 Closed at the User's Request

You may contact the 333bb support team at any time to request closure of your account. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance (condition: wagering must be completed). Any bonus balance will be cancelled upon account closure.

333bb believes that gaming is entertainment — and entertainment should always be controlled and enjoyable. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.

• Never bet beyond your means. Do not place money in bets that you cannot afford to lose.
• Treat gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.
• If you feel that gaming is becoming a habit, seek help.
